Moises Ramos
Dancer, choreographer and teacher with an outstanding career in Spanish dance and flamenco. He directs the school Retahila.som and companies Ballet Retahila and Youth Company Somnis de Retahilawith which he has obtained more than twenty choreographic awards.
Moisés Ramos trained at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona, specializing in Spanish dance and flamenco.
Since then, he has been a dancer in prestigious companies, performing in theaters such as Teatre Apol-lo, Teatre Victoria and Teatre Poliorama. In 2002 he founded the Retahila.som school, where he trains dancers in classical, contemporary, Spanish and flamenco dance. As director and choreographer of Ballet Retahila and Jove Companyia Somnis de Retahila, he has provided his students with stage opportunities, winning more than twenty awards. He has also worked in Fragments of Zarzuela with the Compañía Lírica de la Ciudad Condal, performing in renowned auditoriums and theaters.Housing
Corella Barcelona is located in an idyllic setting in the middle of nature at the foot of the Montseny Natural Park.
Students have comfortable and quiet study areas in Housing exclusively for that use with wifi connection. We collaborate with the international schools ISCAT (British System) and AESA (American System).
Our menus are based on a Mediterranean diet rich in vegetables, whole grains, legumes, meat, fish, olive oil and each dish is prepared daily in Housing.
It is crucial to create a safe space where they can express themselves without fear of judgment. Actively listening and validating their emotions allows them to feel understood and supported, which is crucial for their emotional development.
Physical preparation for a dancer is essential to improve performance, avoid injury and sustain a long-lasting career. Dance requires strength, flexibility, endurance and control, so balanced training that includes several aspects is crucial.
It is a great privilege to have uniforms with our own designs and tailoring, and professional artistic costumes which allows a unique creative freedom, accurately reflecting our vision.
