Corella has a program of studies with its own degree and end-of-degree certificate.

Under the direction of the first dancers Carmen Corella and Dayron Vera, unifying their artistic trajectory, Corella focuses heir integral training recognizing heir methodology as Spanish, Cuban and American and culminating heir philosophy with the brilliance that characterizes the Spanish art.

  • Develop mastery of academic technique and a logical use of space.
  • To promote individual interpretative skills as well as the pleasure of awakening aesthetic values.
  • To use different musical ranges that will exercise the sense of rhythm and musicality, observing more danceable and scenic forms in the execution of the movements and using more variety of musical airs and melodic ranges.
  • To know and study the traditional classical repertoire.

  • Consolidate all the work done in the Middle Grade.
  • Achieve broader turning techniques by mastering fundamental elements of big turns.
  • Intensify the search for speed and dynamism in the execution of the Allegros and greater exercise of the family of big jumps.
  • The research will be deepened through workshops, repertoire and preparation for competitions or shows, where the student puts into practice and shows the acquired knowledge.
Advanced level 3: audition pack*.

Elaboration of CV, photographic and audiovisual portfolio, accompaniment in the selection of companies.

The specific objectives of Grado Superior 3:

  • During the last training course, students will begin to audition and will be advised in the search for the company that best fits their profile as a dancer.
  • Suggestion to create your professional networking profile and feed it with updated content, using these platforms to the maximum.
  • Participation in shows and pre-professional proposals in which the academy is involved.
  • Stays abroad, visits to ballet companies and student exchanges with other schools (national and international).
  • Accompaniment to competitions and auditions and subsequent evaluation of results.

student visa application

Students who need a study visa to complete their annual training must apply through an immigration lawyer. In order to receive the certificate of enrollment necessary to begin the process, it is mandatory to have paid the registration fee and the reservation fee.

In the case of underage students who require a legal guardian during the course, they must assume the corresponding expenses, including documentation, notary procedures and accompaniment, as well as the necessary travel expenses of the guardian.

We work with specialized law firms that offer advice and guidance for this procedure.

Housing

Corella Barcelona is located in an idyllic setting in the middle of nature at the foot of the Montseny Natural Park.

Students have comfortable and quiet study areas in Housing exclusively for that use with wifi connection. We collaborate with the international schools ISCAT (British System) and AESA (American System).

Our menus are based on a Mediterranean diet rich in vegetables, whole grains, legumes, meat, fish, olive oil and each dish is prepared daily in Housing.

It is crucial to create a safe space where they can express themselves without fear of judgment. Actively listening and validating their emotions allows them to feel understood and supported, which is crucial for their emotional development.

Physical preparation for a dancer is essential to improve performance, avoid injury and sustain a long-lasting career. Dance requires strength, flexibility, endurance and control, so balanced training that includes several aspects is crucial.

It is a great privilege to have uniforms with our own designs and tailoring, and professional artistic costumes which allows a unique creative freedom, accurately reflecting our vision.
