An intensive and transformative immersion

Our Capsule Program is designed for dancers who wish to integrate, for a specific period of time, into the day to day life of the Annual Training Program. This experience allows them to live closely a professional practice routine, sharing classes and lodging with students in continuous training.

Through this coexistence, the participants project their experience towards a remarkable technical and artistic evolution, in a close environment in the middle of nature, enriching and deeply inspiring.

Housing

Corella Barcelona is located in an idyllic setting in the middle of nature at the foot of the Montseny Natural Park.

Students have comfortable and quiet study areas in Housing exclusively for that use with wifi connection. We collaborate with the international schools ISCAT (British System) and AESA (American System).

Our menus are based on a Mediterranean diet rich in vegetables, whole grains, legumes, meat, fish, olive oil and each dish is prepared daily in Housing.

It is crucial to create a safe space where they can express themselves without fear of judgment. Actively listening and validating their emotions allows them to feel understood and supported, which is crucial for their emotional development.

Physical preparation for a dancer is essential to improve performance, avoid injury and sustain a long-lasting career. Dance requires strength, flexibility, endurance and control, so balanced training that includes several aspects is crucial.

It is a great privilege to have uniforms with our own designs and tailoring, and professional artistic costumes which allows a unique creative freedom, accurately reflecting our vision.

"And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music."
